>>The decision to join the company was an easy one for me as I will be now be compensated for the research and analysis type of work that I love to do in my spare time on my largest investment.<<

Business Analyst? No offense David, but what sort of position is that? Your being paid by Osicom to research Osicom? This is confusing. No offense again but I would think they'd be much better served hiring or simply contracting with a professional who is very familiar with the Telco industry to serve as a Business Analysts. They also need a boatlaod of salesman to go talk to every product deveoper that maybe able to use Net+ARM. Even those customers who never imagined something like a Net+ARM in their products.

But good luck in your new position. Let me help get you started. You say, "Par, my analysis shows that if we and sell some of these GigAmux's and a few 100,000 Net+Arms that revenues, margins and profits will go up. Then the stock price will also go up." Hey I'm not a paid Business Analyst so take that FWIW.

Scott

David Pawlak,

Congratulations!

Looking from outside it seems that the company need all sorts of help. You have seen the company from outside like all of us and know very well what some of the critical perceptions are. I hope your addition to the team Osicom will bring to the table what appears to be a badly needed point of view: the view from outside in.

I hope that your endeavor at Osicom will not only be a step in the right direction toward addressing some of the substantial problems of the company but the market perception of them well.

Wish you all the best.

David, I'm sure you will be giving 110% effort in your new job and I wish you well! If you can post one more time, I'd be interested to know what you consider to be your new duties as a Business Analyst. Might this include researching trends and advising Osicom of new directions or best future growth areas? Maybe even advising areas to move out of or better ways to obtain synergies from the combined companies? Might you work with the Volpe group on ways to enhance stockholder value...?

If possible, your view on your new job would be appreciated and I think of interest to all of us who have appreciated your research and posts for a long time.

Congratulations and Best wishes! You'll be missed on this board.
