I expected there to be an announcement like this and am glad to see it...that means things are moving along as planned. Am I off-base here? I've never been involved in a company that is being acquired.

Why would this cause a weakness in the stock?

What could the Dept. of Justice possibly want to know?

Suppose the DoJ decides to block the merger as 'non-competitive'. Won't the DIGI stock crater to around its pre-merger price, no higher than low $20s, maybe under $20? Is discretion the better part of valor? Why not sell now?
