T.G.W., you said.Freddie I have no proble other than the fact that no one wants to discuss facts. I have two objectives on this thread. (1) To elicit and discuss information with respect to GLOW; and (2) to challenge the dissemination of what appears to me to be disinformation. Unfortunately, I have been limited to focusing almost exclusively on the latter. Is everyone so insecure that the negative aspects of this stock cannot be discussed. I am not at all insecure about discussing the negative aspects of this stock! I am well aware of the fact that there is a very real possibility I could lose a significant portion of my investment here. If anyone believes otherwise, they should take their money out today and put it in a passbook saving account. If I didn't believe that to be the case, I'd have my ENTIRE investment portfolio tied up in this stock!I pose this question to all, please respond in kind: Do you believe there is a chance you will lose a "significant" (for our purposes, we'll define a "significant loss" as 33% of your investment based on Friday's closing price) portion of your investment in GLOW? If you answered "YES", please explain to T.G.W. why the heck you invested in GLOW. (If you answered "NO", please see the paragraph preceding the question.) Are their people on this thread who DO have their entire portfolio in this stock? Probably. Is that wrong? Obviously, not for them. Everyone has a different tolerance for risk. It's like a fingerprint. No two are exactly alike. For you or I to attempt to force our risk tolerance on another is ridiculous! So "Why." you ask, have I invested in a stock that has such a significant downside risk? C'mon, T.G.W., do I really need to explain this to you??? The upside potential blows away the downside risk! If I could find 100 companies just like GLOW, I'd be a multi-millionaire by this time next year! Why doesn't everyone get back to the task of discussing the merits of it? You want to talk merits? How refreshing! OK, I'll give it a try (just `cause that's the kind of guy I am). PROS 1. Solid Management (Gary Borglund)  Works hard, several deals are in the works concurrently  Keeps the stockholders well informed  Isn't afraid to challenge decisions of past management, and undo them if necessary  Isn't afraid to refocus direction as environment changes (i.e. focusing on providing software and management services because of legal concerns of owning the casino)  Does an outstanding job of following through on their words, especially given it is such a small company 2. Marriage of two great industries!  Gambling is a hot industry  Anything "internet related" is put on a pedestal by investors  On-line gambling is projected to be multi-billion dollar industry very shortly 3. Ground floor  Market capitalization is $10-$15 million, it is far easier for a $10-$15 million company to quintuple in market cap than it is for a $100-$150 million company. 4. Very limited downside  Based on Friday's closing price, the worst I could do is lose $.25 per share 5. Huge upside potential  This stock easily has the potential to be a multi-dollar stock in the next twelve months 6. Bargain price, the stock price is depressed because.  Past management (we now have new management)  Lack of information (I consider this to be a huge opportunity, especially in light of the company's plans to become fully reporting) 7. Is an excellent fit within my portfolio.  Most of my holdings are "blue chip" stocks such as WCOM, INTC, MSFT, LVLT, etc.  I needed a good "high risk"/ "high reward" stock like GLOW to bring my average portfolio risk to where I like it CONS 1. Lack of operating history - however, the industry itself is in its infancy. 2. Lack of available information - I personally consider this an opportunity since, once information does become available, the risk will be substantially reduced which will correspond with a significant increase in stock price. 3. "Vapor contracts" (no contracts have been finalized yet) - This con should be eliminated in the coming weeks. 4. Skeletons in the closet - Gary seems to be handling them well, we'll know more with the release of the 10-K. 5. Ties to the "Toronto Trouble" - It appears to me Gary isn't too impressed with these folks as he attempts to sever relationship(s) with them. I had initial concerns here myself until I did my own DD. I am personally satisfied there is nothing shady there on GLOW's behalf. The above certainly isn't a comprehensive list, but it's a good starting point for discussion. Stop the personality attacks. Good thing you've never attacked anyone on this thread! The following are excerpts from only your GLOW posts over the last two weeks! If I added in your RagingBull "personality attacks" or went back further than two weeks, I'd have to spread these over several posts! Do they cause you to make fools of yourselves by posting these ridiculous, insulting, ill thought out responses? Message 5242728 If you have something intelligent to ask than do so. Message 5241461 Message 5224615 Boy are you two faced! Message 5183991 You appear to have a serious emotional problem . Message 5183124 Where in god did you get your investment training from. You know nothing at all about investing and financials. you probably don't even know what fully reporting means. Message 5161594 Lady you would not know what endangers a child if it spit in your eye. Message 5161559 You don't want to understand but would rather act like a lemming ready to run over the cliff. you are insecure in your investments and are hoping for the miracle to happen, and are afraid that someone will break your bubble. I am not posting for you, since you are already lost. You are myopic. Message 5150197 You Dexx are a fool! You don't have the foggiest idea why you are investing in this company (no and "Gary says" is not a valid reason), and could not write a sensible analysis of the company if your life depended on it. This is fun, seeing fools like you react in your neanderthal way. Grow up Message 5141054 You sound like a typical parent that does not want to accept responsibility for your actions. I was convinced that you were a young kid by the juvenile comments that you always made. . another typical situation for a parent that does not accept responsibility for his action. You magnify this irresponsibility by your childish posts when commenting on a post. Message 5114941 You have not posted any factual data since I have accessed this thread, and doubt if you understand how to even evaluate a stock. This is not like learning the old high school cheerleading songs OD!!!! Just a couple of hypsters. learn some more pep songs. Message 5112444 Nice sexist remark, T.G.W.! Big red man if ignorance is bliss you must be the happiest man on the internet. Where did you learn about investing, "two cents worth" is right. Message 5112252 Good luck on all your future endeavors, T.G.W. Your friend, GO BIG RED!!
