Opinion to follow:

As well run a sham as Naxos has been for the last many years...I will assume that this is part of an elaborate scheme that is intended to somehow rebound the stock price.

There has NEVER been much of any legitimate information regarding the who's, what's, where's, and how's of Naxos, it's management or it's day to day operations.

The company has always felt like a sham (whether it is or not is another story). There has always been an air of paranoia both on this thread and from brokers who are unwilling to promote the company.

Noone can be upset with anyone but themselves for succumbing to thoughts of "BMW's, houses, debts paid and dreams of quick wealth" You might as well have bought the book, "100 ways to get rich quick".
I feel for those of you who lost on this. I urge you to hold your shares (if you can). I urge you to hold those responsible for the swindling and cheating...and when we form the class-action lawsuit...COUNT ME IN!

Sincerely Yours,

Suckered

I have information on the test varribles of another DD ore that when KEPT wetted down...( Hose down the truck loads with water )( or the 5 gallon buckets) ... the results are substantially increased. This was found at the Mill using a NEWTECH method and was to be included on a paper I was to write. ( Never enough time) It appears that the drying out CHANGES the structure of the elements. Pretreatment with tap water? Maybe the special containers were not sealed to prevent evaporation. I wonder if anyone has thought about the effects of opening reopening the COC samples containers? Water pre treatment. Mixing with the natural suphates creates a dillutted SULPHURIC ACID, hense a NATURAL MURIATIC ACID at a 25% dillution. I referred to my dirt assays with a PRETREAT DC Plasma at 0.095 OPT AU on DC Plasma and a SFA at 0.03 OPT AU on the same area sampled....WHY is one from the SAME hole 30 times higher in grade? Why? The reason is simple..acid pretreatment..m,aybe just water soake is all ONE MEEDS!
The 0.18 OPT SFA AG ( silver)is additional but not testerd for on a DC Plasma Basis :

Tom F.,

Good synopsis of where we are at and where we need to head. One cannot be ingrained in one methodology. It seems many here have come to the conclusion that Naxos is a dead horse without SFA. I don't believe that is the case. Even the SFA used by Ledoux was modified, as far as I understand it.

Neal D., I cannot disagree with you more regarding your implication that Fred Arkoosh's presence in the company for a couple of days results in at least partial blame being placed on him for the Ledoux fiasco. Ledoux was the responsibility of those who were at the helm prior to Fred coming on board. If anything, Fred may be able to salvage the Ledoux situation that was the result of the prior managers' work. They should have been on top of things and it certainly appears they were not. Their shortcomings were unfortunately horribly manifested in their inability to deal properly with Ledoux. On another note, if you want to look into liability issues and Ledoux, maybe you should look into the area of accountants' liability to shareholders who rely on their audits in investing in companies. However, hopefully we will turn out to be wrong about Ledoux and the long relationship between Ledoux and Naxos can continue.
