David, could your please explain how the shorters lost also when the stock was halted?

The way I see it, if someone shorts a stock in the manner in which has been described on many of BB companies, they don't ever have to cover if it is halted or killed. That is one reason those such as Dempsey Mork are fighting so hard to keep this company from ever trading again.

TIA,

-Ken-

David: Stop and think for a minute.
If there is a short position, the only people that do benefit, would be the shorters, in the case of a halt.
They never have to cover.

IMO, there can be made a very convincing case for all of these "conspiracy" ideas.
One way to settle that issue would be for the SEC to subpeona all PM's from SI.

As far as the short position, IMO, the way to settle that, would be to get trading.
There either is one, or there is not one.

Maybe the best thing in the end, would be for everyone to go to jail.

The upside would be....
Everyone could carry on the fight from cell block to cell block.
(I want dibs on making room assignments)
