Great post LENNOX!

Nice to have a voice on the network side of things. Generally, people have
considered the networks as just a pain-- i.e. we are waiting for them
to encode. Few, I think, have thought about the scale of the undertaking or
the complexity visa vie time to encode.

I don't have the actual encoding technical details but will try to get some answers and post them if I can.
