Jerry-

We are hoping that the 97 financials will be out by the end of
the month. Most I believe have been discouraged and sold due to
the delays. I have never been in a stock that was trying to become a full reporting company, has anyone else and how long does it usually take?

Once the financials are out, I'll take a share count for those
that want to participate.

I will call this week, but everyone is getting the same info about when the financials are due.

Rob D.

Still Long on this one.

Jerry says exactly the words that I'm worried about. I quote:

I call every week like clock work and get the same BS. I think the biggest reason we are at these el-cheapo prices is because of the delay with the 97 financials. Its time to sh** or get off the pot. I am definitely losing my trust in this company and may pull out for good during the next rise. If I miss the boat, so be it, I am sure I'll catch another one somewhere else.

Unfortunately, the lack of genuine communication between investors and MDCE, along with Mr. Brody's dislike of the internet, e-mail, etc., is going to hurt us, IMO, in this way:

We ARE long on the company's potential. I think that's almost a given, and most people with a brain in their head are not going to throw in for 9 cents a share. But so many people are fed up with treatment of investors and memorized repeat promises that mean NOTHING that the first real hike we have up to 18 or 19 cents, and some people are going to jump. At a quarter, the boat's going to get light. And MDCE is going to be stuck with a credibility problem that lasts for a long time.

IF our company would join the 20th century and get an e-mail address (Mr. Brody has a personal one but won't give it out), I would e-mail this post to Mr. Torres. However...

Maybe someone with a fax would... nah, we probably don't have a fax machine. Maybe someone with a better tolerance level than I could just pass these complaints on to Mr. Torres. Maybe - WILD idea - someone could get Mr. Torres to write down our web address and actually look at the board. I tried to give it to Mr. Brody, but he didn't even want the address.

It could be great, and I would be patient. But it STINKS for a company to have so little feeling for its shareholders.
