Two honest questions (I have no position in RNTK, but thinking about it)

Sorry if this info could be dug out by scanning through lots of posts....

How much, in people's opininons, is RNTK worth per share if the deal doesn't go through?

With oil prices at such low levels, is it possible there's no incentive for Texaco to sign, so that RNTK would get a not-so-good deal out of it? Would it be better to wait for better times?
