Take Midland for example ... I bought all my shares all 10,895 more or less I think that is the accurate number on the open market for almost a year now. However some people on line want to know my personal holdings. I passed on the private offering because I did not see the value of it personally when I could buy the stock on the open market cheaper that buying restricted stock. But what if I had bought the offering does that make me a promoter. There is a thin line between people on line are trying to attach someone buying private placements and the law.

However because I was/am Pro Midland have a broken the law ... no ... I am told I have not but others will try to make a case I have even though I was buying the stock for almost a year now.. Been going through this since DF got exposed or rather caught. LOL the problem is I am the one that questioned what DFsaid he was doing instead of whining on line.

Just like greg coming after you ... and others attacking other people on line with the accussations.

Heck I hear there are companies that will issue you stock for your opinion and views but you have to disclose that if that is the case ...

I was going to buy a private placement with NUTK that a lot of people were buying. When they said they would love for me to talk about their stock I sold my personal holding and did not do the private offering. Why is it different for me than others? Though I was buying it for investment reasons their statemnt implied something else. I also immediately quit talking about the stock also.

If I make an investment that is exactly what it is and not to promote for the company. We all talk about our investments as bob states but does that make you or anyone that buys a stock a paid promoter.
