I spoke with someone at Myerson today and asked him when they thought that the SEC would complete their investigation. They have no idea. Their advice "Patience."

In other words, keep your day job at least until the SEC folks are back from vacation.

Cigar add welcome to wendell donald nygren, Member on Trial.

Cigar believe he has nose firmly in the ash tray of slup news (yuch), and hope for smoke signals soon. Cigar not sure if smoke will be black or white. Cigar not even know what that mean. Cigar just hope for smoke, not fire.

Cigar believe Bess Meyerson's have little interest in SEC settlement (unless stock is delisted), as resumption of e-trading would cut their margins, which currently would embarass even polyester-clad Yugo dealer.

Cigar unable to think of slup pledge suitable for family board, other than old song "Hang on Sluppie, Sluppie Hang On."
