No MM; Left Message:

Couldn't get him on the phone. But we have the type of relationship where he returns calls. And I expect him to do so.

I have been hard on him in the past but I do think he is doing his best, dispite all of the BS.

Brass Tax: This is a little puny penny stock company. Our hands are tied, no matter what complaints we really have. WHat are we going to do? launch a shareholder lawsuit. For what, the company owns a hole and some air-freshner merchandise. It will not become Fortune 500 ever. These companies go illiquid all the time and at some point I would not be suprised if this one did the same... with a press release that said "sorry folks, we tried. But we just couldn't make a horserace out of it."

That's the cahance we took. We figured. wohhhh! mabey these guys got something out there. But it really is venture capital. And anyone who did not know that going in has got a lot of hard times in store for them.

What did that guy say in that movie "A fool and his money are lucky enough to get together in the first place".

Know why I got in... Because I lost a lot of $$$$ on ETRADE stock over the course of like a three day period. I then read this thread on Nov. 18 or 19 right around the pop and figured. "Wow I can make it all Back in one day...." (now, come on, how many of us are out there??? And we are characteristically the WORST investors there are)

I bought something like 500 shares at 2.25 the next day and have been running to catch up ever since.

Stupid??? Absolutely. I knew nothing and took a chance...

But I am going to stick until I win or the company goes liquid. At this point I have too much time and effort (never mind the $$$)invested in this.

I think for me, like any gambler, its win or lose. Its not money.

MM Called...

Just got off the phone and to tell you the truth. I feel sorry for the guy. We make him walk one hell of a tight rope (albeit his choice).

Anyway (I'm going out on a limb) but as far as this whole KZAP thing; Even though MM should never, ever have lost his cool, Looks like he had it coming. Come on now, anyone who has talked to MM knows that he doesn't just flip. These things don't happen in a vacuum. KZAP (just like anyone else who has been in a stock as big and as long as he has) was poking around for information no single shareholder should legally have. No matter how he sugar coats it on the thread...
Do I fault him. NOPE

MM is lucky I'm not in as big as KZAP or I would have flipped myself (that's not to say that things between me and MM didn't get a bit testy last week on their own). But we kept it professional and I didn't cross boundaries. I can't say the same for KZAP. Even though I did not hear the conversation.

ANYWAY: Looks like we can look forward to a shareholder letter that will come out sometime in the near future. See, there is the management of our expectations that we asked for. MM is going to get on the thread and try to address the general concerns.

Will the letter tell us about all of the riches we have coming to us?? Probably not. Will my favorite "any day now" tone be conveyed?? I'd bet the ranch on it.

But the POINT IS this: These guys aren't getting rich off of 10 million X .28 shares in market cap that this company is worth. If they were, they certainly wouldn't be spending that little profit on shareholder letters or press releases. No way. Maybe if it were 50 million in market cap. then we might speculate that they were goading us on...

So I'll wait... Let's all get in the game and go for some excitement, if we can handle it, and see how this plays out... Maybe we win. Just look at it as lost money anyway right now. If you can't. you need to ask yourself if you should not put your eggs elsewhere.

In the mean time if you want to make MM earn his money. Go for it... I encourage it (not to imply that anyone would need my blessings). He knows tomorrow I'll probably get him on the phone again. For no particular reason other than to hear a statement - but its his choice to sit in that chair and hear my annoying voice and suggestions about what I think they should do.

Besides it will all be over "any day now".

This will be all for me today. SI only allows us gate crashers three replies per day.
