Speaking of Pump and Dump: AVNT has re-entered the "dump" phase. Friday's news: "The prosecutor of Avant! Corp. executives charged with stealing trade secrets from Cadence Design Systems Inc. won the recusal of a local judge who had questioned the prosecutor's cooperation with Cadence." By the way, in addition to the criminal case, CDN hasn't forgotten about the civil case, but continues to seek injunctions against AVNT products, based on new evidence. CDN will eventually have a jury trial against AVNT, and they have announced they will seek $1.2 billion in damages.
