No, I don't. I agree that James Morgan has been pretty straight-forward as have most of the CEOs. I was referring to the comments made by NVLS's Rick Hill on their most recent CC. He seemed to offer hope to anyone yearning to hear it, with words to this effect: "this downturn has been with us for over a year. probably 2nd quarter '99 can see a slight uptick in the business."

Also, Hill's guidance for next Q (Q3) was for revenues to be down 25% from Q2. Then Q4 will be flat sequentially or possibly up 5%.

I am taking this info from my sketchy notes. I think the re-play is still available if you'd like to double-check.

PS. While I think most of the CEOs have been pretty straight-forward, I would not say they've been "brutally honest". They hate to see the shares get hit and this is understandable. I think they are leaving much unsaid. JMO, Teri
