i think your right Dr., but i just found out today that my location is going to up the cost even more,, frame relay guy at worlcom told me last week,, 350-400/month max,,, then today he upped it to $525/month when he checked my phone number,, do to local loop,, i am in durham nc,, but their access point is raleigh, N.C,, cybertrader guys recommend that i stay with regular internet connection and get cybernet as a back up, and use both of them intermittently to see if there is a consistent difference. Basic Connection speeds are no different between regular isp and cybernet private network they say its just that there are less people on their private network however sometimes you can and will be connected on the regular internet just as fast. They also told me to wait on frame because they are negotiating with GTE to set one up,, and more than likely in two months they will recommend gte vs worldcomm,, they give me the impression that they like and are heading torwards a relationship with GTE and eventually one will have to switch their frame relay from worldcom over anyways. i think i will have to wait that 2 month period,, 525/month is $6300 a year But i must admit i wander if that 525 a month would be worth it in the long run??????????????? I was prepared to pay max of 400 but another 125 surprise makes it difficult to swallow unless someone can demonstrably show that it IS A BIG DEAL.?????
