Ga,

When you talk about a stock then it is your opinion. Sometimes with your research the stock is good. However some stock that you think is good turns out not to be good. In Law there are terms called "Independent Superceeding Events" which come into play during your involvement. Were you or anyone else responsible for these events or knew about them? Again what was the involvement and "Intent" of those involved? Of note it is interesting to see all the hype about companies wanting to and making attemps to get list. All businesses what to grow and get listed from a beginning. Thats why they are on the BB. Some businesses are better then others while others are a joke. That is why DD is most important when researching a company as you have told people many times over. Sometimes when you own a large share of a company and it does take off you and everyone else becomes over excited about a company. Some companys warrent the over excitement as they are for "Real". Other companies turn out to be scams. What was the involvement? What was the "Intent"?
