Maybe someone should pull all the ADOT news releases that pertain to Biomoda and e-mail them to the Biomoda CEO. It is hard to say what the reaction would be. He may not know anything about those releases.

<<< Don't they have to have the okay of Biomoda to publish these releases and have privy to Biomoda info for release???? >>> Chuck, I'm sure if Biomoda was publicly held they would, and I believe that Biomoda would still have to sign off on a release even though they are a private company. I'm sure that Biomoda knows about all these releases, even if they don't have to be approved. Regards, RandyMac

Hi Chuck: The reason ADOT can PR information about BIOMODA is because they own a substantial minority interest in it. We also, had an accountant recently explain to us that ADOT is also able to report the unrealized gain of BIOMODA investment in their financials for the same reason. (substantial minority interest). Now, if you were BIOMODA'S CFO would you encourage ADOT to issue press releases hoping to draw new investors?. Remember they need 9-10 million dollars soon. If you were ADOT wouldn't you want to brag about your biggest asset and help it any way you can. ? I would not look any further than that. MAYBE, one day ADOT will be able to enter a new market and build those scanner for BIOMODA, and MAYBE NOT. In the mean time, we need to have patience and hopefully soon we will be able to see this BB. I had an engineer read ADOT'S patent regarding the BB and he sounded pretty excited and interested. I would not dare to try to explain to you what he told me. Looking forward to find out the location of the first BB and have a shareholder report to us. ADOT sees the light at the end of the tunnel. They hope to be in full production by DEC 98. Take care Fred
