Jhild and all: spoke to Jack - I asked him if 50MM restricted was used to purchase the WV properties - he said 50MM is/will be used to purchase first $200,000,000 worth of property. I said did all go to Mark Tow. He said went to several property companies not all to one person or company. I said: "then no one has a controlling interest". He said: "I have a proxy on every damn one of those shares for three years - if I'm not done what I'm trying to do by then, well..." Thought you might like to know.
