In the beginning of July, TM said he thought 4-6 weeks. Can't say I have any clue when it will happen, But I see no change in anything he has said. Will he change his mind, given the right circumstances? I'm sure he will. Will he notify his members first? yes.

With an OS of 31m, I doubt that he could move the stock as you suspect.
