Dusty if I told you I had some XYZ stock and I liked you and offered it to you at the current it was trading, you agreed and I sent the stock to you. Now what if I did not pressure you for the payment of the stock is that criminal?

What if I just gave you stock is that criminal?

What if an insider sells you stock and does not press you for payment is that criminal?

If I have a right to sell stock nothing says I cannot carry a note on the transaction or maybe you know where it does? I would like to see this rule. I know Act 1934 has limits for Margin and shorting. Is that not credit?

Just Curious
