Dave,

The hard way! I thought that was the only way <G>.

Your method sounds like mine. Until recently, I've been getting about 3000 quotes nightly. On Saturday mornings I would flash through about 1/3 of them, time allowing. I would note those of interest and come back for a closer look. Eventually, I would end up with about 30 or so that I put in a group I called "nearabuy". Watched them daily.

The next weekend was a repeat, but for a group that I had not already seen. Dump some, add some. All of this resulted in very so-so trading success. And it took a month for me to see everything once.

Since I just went with Quotes Plus (one month ago), I'm trying to find ways to let it scan the entire market and present me with a pre-screened list of possibilities. I think this has definite merit, but I haven't found the Holy Grail.... yet.

Ken

[Experiences]

David,

Did you do any kind of demo trading before you started? Have you tested a trading system? Is the 75K purely risk capital or will you have to live off of it (if personal, don't answer)? I am a bit more conservative, give us a post on this weeks experiences.
