Bob I like you questions: In this particaular incident ... Privy information is that what is privy. Was the information meant to be priveledged? I think he wanted or rather implied I should check it out and put it out on the internet. Question I had is why didn't he do it. He apparently was privy far more than I was.. Do you know the real source of the information? Well no he would not tell me who told him all the rumors but I got his phone number on caller ID and the name he gave was not his real name. He stated he represented clients but not who they were nor disclose their case against a certain individual. Who he was or what he was doing no ... I could not prove any of the allegations he provided. Even had others including someone in Canada working on it also. Is the attorney one that has developed a professional relationship with you? Nope and still hasn't... not sure what his connection is either Or is the attorney just another investor? He stated he wasn;t an investor nor told me he was an attorney till I researched him. I did not know him from Adam however sent all the information to the person at the company though for clarification. Everything was answered. Was it truthful I do not know. However some of the allegations have not been verified even to date. Yet some fo the allegations surrounded insider information I was not privy to. Plus some allegations were proven after someone got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It took a private investigator to do get the information also with all information was forwarded to the proper authorities. Intersting case huh. GB
