Yes. I love Eden Soy soy "milk".
A container is 32 grams of protein.
Most days I don't even need it.
I eat ass't meat substitutes including
wheat gluten products such as veggie burger,
Meat of Wheat, seitan, tempeh, and tofu.
The Meat of Wheat has so much protein it's
easy to get too much. I weigh 140 lbs and
eat about 56 grams of protein and 40 grams
of fat daily.
I'm over run with zuccini and yellow squash.
I slice, marinate, then grill them. After
dinner I cut up the leftover squash add
fresh chopped onions, fresh mozzerella,
vinagrette, sun dried tomatoes and any sort
of suitable pasta. The vinagrette picks up the
flavor of the onions. It's awesome. I slice the
squashes about 3/8" thick with a wire cheese
slicer after peeling 90 degrees of skin on opposite
sides. Then I slice such that each slice has skin
only around the outside. It's really easy and incredible.
My eggplants should be ready to join in any day.
The grilled squash is also good in heros with
smoked tempeh.
