I believe the difference between your assertion that "Maisels said more testing is needed," (your words,) and the actual intent, (which to be fair are also your words buried in the body of the same post,) "additional testing, which is routinely done* with all (post FDA approved , {my words}) medical devices"* is paramount to our disagreement. Either you are purposely distorting the meaning of the information or just a little dense. I personally, regardless/because of your well written response, believe the former. And no I don't agree I owe you the reason as to why the agreement has not yet been signed. You've access to a phone, call around, do some DD and I'm confident you'll understand the logic of "the deal." Rich
