Boob, Of note. Sometimes stock holders don't have rights against a company when it goes under. And sometimes corporate officers are not libel for "Bad Business Decisions". The courts are the ones to determine as to "pierce the corporate vail" when stock fraud is present. A complaint needs to be made. Bob

You know by asking a question to the right person and digging as deep as I do it is dishearting to waatch blame and praise follow from the exact same people depending on the price of the stock. True character is so established ... heck a news release even states you are standing up for what you believe and doing something constructive plus taking nothing for it and there are those that accuse you anyway. I have heard the term "private placement" mentioned several times. Would someone please post an explanation and clarification on just exactly what this is? I am not versed on this puppy. I feel the discussion about compensation that is taking place on this thread is a good one. For once, no one is flaming or dehumanizing or taking anything personal; this is as it should be. It is informative; I feel the exchange of ideas,thoughts, knowledge and feelings is healthy and should be encouraged. Possible scenarios are many and varied; it is good to discuss all. Dusty
