look at cash flow numbers
If they are investing in building and equipment, sell them
If cash looks like its running out, sell
If inventory is bloated, sell

If opposite, buy.

they had previously projected slightly negative to breakeven cashflow for this calendar year.

We are dangerously close to 52 Week low of $4.75. Any thoughts if we close in this range??
