The veggie burger is in the canned section of health food
stores. It's made by Worthington. Meat of Wheat usually
has to be ordered but most good health food stores can get it.
There are veggy cold cuts now in most super markets. Veggy Hot
dogs ain't bad with a lot of mustard. Boca Burgers are good too and
just about every health food has them. Tempeh is also easy to find but the smoked bacon style might have to be ordered. Yves makes
Veggy Canadian Bacon, ham, and pepporoni that are all good.
Unturkey slices are also excellent. If you only eat meat for
breakfast once a week, have meatless pizza and meatless salad
each once a week for lunch and have 1 veggy dinner a week,
33% of your meals are already vegetarian. You won't beleive
this but the last thing I really miss is canned tuna. One of my
cats hasn't been eating too good. Cheap Tuna is .25/can more than
catfood and he eats it great. I have to stop myself from licking my
fingers when I'm done. My friends think I'm nuts feeding my cat tunafish, but hey if $1.75 a week made a differnce in my life style
I'd be in big trouble. I'd do just about anything to keep Mr Geo
happy. When we got him he was real small and we thought he was
female. So he was named Peggy-O. By the time we realized she was
a he, he was already responding to his name so he became Geo,
pronounced gee-oh. I think he's going a little senile, he shows
no discomfort but goes in and outside all day long. From the
time I start cooking dinner till I'm done (~1hr.) he goes in and out
at least 8 times. He'll meow to go out lay on the deck for
5 or 10 minutes then yell to come back in.

jg, I was lucky enough to make it to the Other Ones down in Camden. Fantastic show!

They played both Saints(circumstance and Stephen), Donna came out on stage for a few numbers, including the encore of Cassidy, her best song, IMO, well at least for shared vocals. The playing was high spirited and definitely captured some fo the old magic, in a new way. The Calypso version of Uncle John's was wild, and some of the tinkering with the classics worked well. A couple of jams, including a Jazz exploration, almost Bitches Brew-like, really came together and arrived at another level. Add Phil singing a great deal more, and it was a definite winner.

All in all, I hope they keep touring, as I think another six months together and it will be some of the best music around.

Of course, the two guitarists and Sax could not fill the void of the leads, and I kept listening for the Wind in the Willows, but...:-(

In a sense I missed him more, as I enjoyed the first real taste of what we had known.
