Company is not the same people as 1996. Certainly it is: Mike Skillern and Dell Gibson run it now, and ran it then. Cryogenic Solutions, Inc., a Nevada corporation corporation, was formed 1995. In January 1996 it began trading on the OTC Bulletin Board. The original goal of the company was to provide pregnancy suspension as an alternative to terminal abortion. (This from the "History" section at the website.) The Board decided to restructure the company by elevating Vice President of Technology Development, Mike Skillern, to President. There has long been pressure from insiders who know him for Mike to take the reins of the company. He is the resident founder. (This from the Chairman's Letter.) President's Letter to Shareholders I am one of the original founders and I have served as a vice president and board member since the company's inception in 1995.
