True, they are doing the best they can.....I am not aware of any "compensated spindoctors" that didn't use a disclaimer who were fined by the SEC....and I am aware of many "compensated spindoctors" and they are getting away with it I agree with you, it's impossible to crack down on all the cases...just like a police officer cannot possibly ticket everyone in the world who is speeding....can't be everywhere at once... but no compensated but not disclaimed spindoctors to my knowledge have been charged....i could be wrong, but i am aware of none boob
