I have heard this type of rumor several different places. It seems every employee who has been asked said 3:1. This does not mean they are right, but it seems that is the rumor that is being circulated around the DELL plant.

Stock Split

LoD,

I've heard the rumors, also. As I have stated, I think that the criteria that were mentioned for DELL to declare a split are met.

I had previously gone on record thinking that we would get a split this fall, in November time frame, but now suspect we may get one sooner. If they are going to split 3:1, why not 4:1 and get the price down further? I *HATE* to calculate thirds.

My old computer (the one I was born with) keeps getting rustier and rustier, files are more difficult to access, the I/O has lost connectivity, and now they're talking about perhaps making it learn new tricks. Maybe I can find a 'plug-and-play'!

We heard from several sources rumors of a 3:1 split. But, as far as I know, it is still just a rumor. It would put the price down in the range where Michael would like it to be periodically.

DELLish, 3.
