I'm confused over the whole next-gen China VCD scenario. The article posted on this thread earlier says that the Chinese government is going with the SuperVCD Consortium's proposal (the alternative to CUBE's CVD) ... does this not put Cube's CVD solution out of whack? Can CUBE conform to these specifications without too much trouble (i.e. microcode) or is this a big blow with future CVD earnings and VCD growth in China for CUBE? I would imagine this news is the reason for the drop-off in price of CUBE stock.
