Saul- The training is done by the resellers I believe. As a matter of fact, I think the salespeople from the resellers will do the training as far as I know. So that leaves the only support personell on the Tech support hotline.

As to support personnel/training in the model, I felt this
would be broken out into the NOC Admin and Reseller
line items (Resellers first line of support/training, NOC
second). I don't know if this is even remotely
valid, but that was the thought.
