I agree.It is just plain wrong.But what can you do when they have the hammer.Remeber this, without the 1997 financing which came close to 10 mil. where would we be as a company.Yes with all the warrants etc.myerson,indiviuals,schwartz and games here we had a lot to absorb as a stock,The upside is we are in parallel building a company with the cash.Frustrating yes,but it only works for them if it shoots up to the 10-15 range. When dont know was hoping for this time frame,but thats only a hope.
