<it should not dictate the date of the announcement> Richald - Often very true on NYSE and AMEX, hardly close to opposite of Free Auction NASDAQ. In practice when MMs dictate stock direction only extraordinary news can kill MMs pressure, otherwise they are in full control. FORE report was good, but manipulators weren't shaken enough and did their best for profits. Imagine a person who is short on stock would start to hype it and give tips to buy left and right? Same story here. Most of MMs are first class professionals and hardly do stupid mistakes to jeopardize their income. Good Question is who is selling today? Good Investments, Igor
