anyone - I believe that the IRS changed the rules a year or so ago on terminal shorts. On other threads (ZITL, etc) accountants posting there have stated that you now are required to take profits on terminal shorts into income.

BTW, I missed any posts on Pugs departure. Is he permanently banned? I hope not, the other longs are not as funny.
