I know as much or more about animal nutrition then most vets.
In vet school nutrition is an elective. Try giving better cat
foods a shot. Yeah, they cost twice as much but they can save
you a vet visit every fews years so it really costs the same.
Solid Gold Katz-N-Flocken is the best one I've found. Followed
by Nutro Cat. Science Diet and Iams are better than Cat Chow but
not as good as the ones I just mentioned. Things that shouldn't
be in catfood include soy, bha and or bht ethoxiquin, corn products, beat pulp and salt.
