Yes, E*Trade does OTC:BB stocks, don't know about the others.

As far as advice goes,

1. Don't play penny stocks.
2. If you really insist on playing pennies, use only money you could afford to lose.
3. Don't trust advice from anonymous SI posters. <g>

I completely agree with the penny investment style. Great rewards when they hit, but don't whimper if they're gone the next day...

That falls under the been-there-done-that category...
