Ralph: I had a brief conversation with Larry Regis and with Les Price regarding the suit. Obviously there were certain things they couldn't discuss. Basically the suit is against Dayton and its management (officers and directors), both Candadian and US companies. (Does as in John Doe's) As the release states, I'm sure it will be ammended, but the totals are staggering. We're also going very aggressively in Chile, both on the civil and criminal side. I believe Dayton (Vancouver) was served today also with a suit filed in Canada. This will be an exciting week I imagine. KMT
