A late report from the floor is what you are being told? That does not jive with me if I were a customer. I just can not see waiting more than a couple of seconds for an execution or a least knowing(having the ability) THAT YOU CANCELED that particular order. Any other way of business is intolerant and some serious fears about my acct. would arise. From my research on internet brokering, it sounds somewhat industry related to many online houses. Is this a true statement or this is a problem with some of the new hot shot online houses. THANKS for the response
