So Jerry I take it you will only post when you have something factual to state. This means then, that we should not be holding our breaths for this to happen. KRY-bashing usually takes at least some facts, yet you appear to be very short of them. You keep re-hashing and are looking more and more desperate! I know you are frustrated at not finding evidence of promotions or scams with Crystallex. Your boss must be getting impatient with you for coming back time and time again empty handed.

Well,old man, you have my invitation/challenge etc. to show us all the proof of an "Internet promotion" and then I am quite sure everyone will be willing to discuss it. Hey, you even said in one of your articles that there was an internet promotion in existence...so I am sure you must have some proof...no?? Well, man...let's have it. And if you don't have any, why did you run away from me at the AGM? As I am one of your favourite targets, I would have thought that you would have jumped at the chance to interview me. Oh..BTW for the rest of you...let me give you an example of Jerry's "proof" that there was a promotion. The following is a post of mine he took from last July...lets see..thats about one week after I joined StockHouse and about two weeks after I bought my first KRY shares...heck...I was so new at this I used to sign off with "Avalon"...instead of "AV"...something that I adopted after becoming comfortable with posting on the thread.. ************ "1) Is there any evidence that there is a major mining company considering buying KRY....rereading past posts I see that this rumour came about because one investment house (Canaccord I think) was buying large blocks of shares... 2) Is there confirmation of any kind that PDG made that $23.00 offer to KRY? As I bought in at the high end...$6.05-$6.40, I am already down and to be truly honest the only thing that has kept me in this stock are some of the very valid comments about KRYs legal position.... Nervous as heck but still holding on..... Avalon " LOL...and Jerry titled that post..."Here's our boy Avalon talking up KRY"...LOL...sooo...how many of you would have run out and bought shares because this new guy says he is nervous...?? Gee Jerry, no wonder you don't want to get into a game of one-up-manship....'cause you always end up on the bottom...much like your "journalism" career. AV

Jerry, Just as I predicted, you refused to answer some very simple questions that I placed here on this forum. You see Jerry the ones I had put here have all to do with KRY, let me help you now, you know the ones in regards as to why you refused to speak to any of the BOD at the AGM. C'mon Jerry, quit sidestepping and hiding, get it all out and let all see what your about. You had the opportunity to get the opinions of the BOD on record, and you failed as a reporter to do that. People can you imagine the skills of this guy, he has been able to figure out my pseudonym on Stockhouse, whoa boy your real good, what did you do Jerry look up my e-mail address here on SI. Doubt it, somebody else must have given it to him. Why all of the innuendo in the SW articles Jerry, you know like the one about Richard Marshall, who goes by the title of V.P., just what does a statement like that have to do with reporting, you either are or you are not?? I notice you still avoid answering the question about certain relationships................but then again I can fully understand why?? In fact any pertinent question that has been put forward to you by so many, you have conveniently side stepped because you do not know anything but what has been placed in front of you??
