Why no comments on the fact the s&p indexes are not updated, that a couple of us have commented on over the weekend?? Seems like the tougher problems are ignored here.

The S&P weekly indexes are updated every Thursday. These have symbols starting with !SP-

We have the S&P 1500 indexes that are updated daily. These start with the symbol !S-

Because S&P delivers these at a late time, they are always a day behind. The weeklies that are updated on Thursday have Wednesday's close.

The dailies for Friday are delivered in Monday etc.

Over the next week we will be filling in the history of the S&P 1500 daily indexes back to Septewmber 96. Tht's the earliest that we can get right now.
