RMB posted my story on the class-action lawsuit in New York earlier today. Perhaps you can find something in it that points to the disinformation campaign I'm supposedly part of. There's quite a rage going on over at RagingBull because of information contained in the statement of claim that indicates Marc Oppenheimer cashed in US$1.68 million of his stock in a little over a year. Some people are upset that what they view as a poor-performing company should so richly compensate its leader, and to some his pace of sales doesn't square with comments he made about modest cash-ins at the AGM.
