You say virtually no difference between 100% dividend and 2:1 split - is there any difference at all? I am confused why this apparent split is being communicated as a dividend unless there is some material difference that I do not know about. thanks -- chrisb

Thanx Steve-- I got carried away but the mechanics were confusing.
I also listened to the playback-- 888-566-0907, good for a couple of days. Jim Crowe explained the dividend, err split, as "--the same as
two nickels for a dime" and was done to ease the fear of stockholders
who had complained about volatility. Yeah, I knew that much ;-))

Rest of call was very interesting about LVLTs buildout and progress
as well as details of todays $700 million cost sharing announcement.
