This story from Barron's is about the selling of converts at a discount. As I asked earlier Mr. P, how is this practice good for existing shareholders?

Thanks for the response.
I will be visiting Ireland in august and am thinking about checking them out.
Does anyone know the shares outstanding and in the float on this one, I am hesitant to read through the 9000+ posts to find it.
