Don't get me wrong. I believe Novell is still very undervalued and there are people who see that and want in. However, a 7% gain in two days followed a 7% decline in 1 day and 1 hour (it bounced back later on yesterday) seems a bit too fishy to be happenstance. Price fixing among MM's has happened before and probably continues today. A lot of posters on this thread seem to take it for granted that MM's and options writers are in cahoots.
Enough of that, one of the reasons I think Novell is good buy now is their Internet focus. What do you guys think? I have read of several ISP's that are now using entirely Novell solutions for their services. RADIUS dial-up services which leverages NDS for ease of administration, BorderManger FASTCACHE, and GroupWise for E-mail with it's full featured WebAccess client. With the performance that Netware affords, they can support thousands of users on a single server. I see this as a area of continued growth and opportunity for Novell. Netware 5 also offers ISP's some attractive new features and enhanced performance.
