I'll give it a try.
If you watch the MM's on Level 2, you'll see them jockeying for position. You can easily see the MM's who are short because they have these ridiculous Ask prices, they don't want to sell because their inventory is probably deleted. For example we may see this;
MM#1 Bid; $.40 Ask: $.60
MM#2 Bid; $.49 Ask :$.60
MM#3 Bid; $.50 Ask: $.59
MM#4 Bid; $.50 Ask: $.58
MM#5 Bid: $.38 Ask: $.60

This tells us ALL the MM's are short, nobody wants to sell, probably because they have nothing to sell....the best of the bunch is about a 20% spread. To me, this indicates that the AZNT MM's may very well be making the market naked. I believe it's just a matter of time now before they are forced to cover.
