IEL also announced that it has retained Richmont Consulting International, Inc. of Los Angeles to provide investor relations services to the Company.

I believe a few on this thread have been calling for better P.R. Well, let's give management some credit for hiring a P.R. firm.

Also given Asia's current economic malaise, one would have to expect a little less usage of the system.
