SEEC closed up 7/8 on 595K volume, although the news of their stock buyback ($3Million) this morning did not get street's attention for a while. With $3Million they can take out a sizable part of the float. The stock buyback (similar to CRYSF) gives confidence in the company's future potential and the mgmt has access to every aspect of their business. The earnings and price fluctuations are of short term nature. The current price does not tell the whole story. Ram
