From their web site under Corporate and then Share Capital: Share Capital Consolidation The Company intends to consolidate its share capitalization at a Special meeting of Shareholders to be scheduled for on or about August 17, 1998 for BCB shareholder approval of such consolidation as well as approval of the private placement with Flanders Language Valley and the share exchange with Lernout & Hauspie. ******************************************** My guess is 1 for 10. Then by the new year they could work toward a NASDAQ listing? Only a guess on my part. Mike
