Thanks Dave

>>IRA...said that only "Things that are released by HVAR are official"<<

Was that statement official or unofficial? <g>

So Monas can legally say anything he wants unofficially regarding HVAR to manipulate the stock price? As PR for HVAR, Monas can give an inside tip to an outsider like Jon? When Jon calls, Monas should be giving the company line, and that's all. Now Jon took the bait and has lost $$$$$.

>>He also had some Not to Complimentary things to say about Mr. Ledbed.<<

Maybe Monas lured Jon into a trap. Maybe his investors are shorting. I wouldn't put it past him. As I recall, someone once said "Ira is ruthless". I believe it! Maybe if Jon holds out long enough, he can break even.

Buddy
