FWIW, buying options (collar) has been good sleep hygiene for me. I recommend it to others who are concerned about the near term but think that the long term outlook is good, or for those not ready to stomach taxes on large (but shrinking) gains. :(

Stay clear of Ballard for awhile. It broke its 200ma and the odds are it will continue down until finally reaching a base. Will probably take a number of months to establish this base and I would not be surprised to see it in the middle teens before it starts up again.
